Scotland’s number 1 golfer came home to visit Nairn Dunbar where it all began!
Russell Knox took time out of his very busy schedule to come back home and visit Nairn Dunbar.
Prior to Russell’s visit he was playing in the Irish Open in which he won with some outstanding golf.

Russell took time during his visit to the club to speak to our junior members, giving them advice, hints and tips.
He also did some Q+A with them and also the press were in attendance to do interviews with him.
There is an STV interview now available online to watch of Russell at the club.
Russell has been a massive part of Nairn Dunbar, where he was not only Junior Captain but Junior Club Champion,
he then also moved on to be the Club Champion 3 years running.
Everyone at Nairn Dunbar was delighted to have Honorary Member Russell Knox back at the club.
Russell has given all our juniors some great advice for them to take forward in their own game.

To all our amazing regulars, visitors and organisations that have come throughtout the year, It’s been a tough one for the club but everyone’s pulled together, and we look forward to a very promising 2025. It wouldn’t be right not to mention and thank Stevie Delaney Clarke for all his efforts over the years it’s been great and easy…. Well said Holly. It is yourself and all of your team who have really pulled together this year . All of you have put in a phenomenal shift. As you say supported by a wealth of volunteers. This truly epitomises a club like ours - everyone pulling in the same direction with the same aim. Well done everyone. Roll on 2025, up and better! ⛳️Paul Lawrie Junior Quaich Winner goes to Kaci Robertson⛳️
Kaci Robertson member of Nairn Dunbar Golf Club, lifted the Junior Quaich in the final event of the Paul Lawrie Foundation junior tour held at Blairgowrie Golf Club 👏
Rounds of 79 & 75 saw Kaci tied for the lead with first round leader Lara Douglas. Kaci triumphed on the second extra hole to take home the title 🏆
Combined with her recent inclusion in the Scottish Golf Girls team - this marks an end to a very successful season for Kaci.
Keep it up Kaci and we look forward to more ⛳️
