7th Hole ~ King Steps
A beautiful enclosed, slightly left-to-right dog-legged, challenging par four to another raised green. A perfectly placed tee shot is positioned on the left of centre of the fairway past the Minister’s Loch on the left side of the hole. From this position the approach should be aimed at the right centre of the green to avoid the dramatic fall off on the left where a large greenside bunker awaits the errant approach. A ball landing on the front left segment of the green will probably end up running off into the left bunker, so it is best to be careful if contemplating attacking a flag positioned left of centre.
