9th Hole ~ Old Bar
The first of the four par fives on the course. This hole has a tight twisting fairway which is sandwiched between a low ridge on the left and trees down the right side. From a short tee shot, it is best to place the second shot to the right of the bunker on the left and short of the bunker on the right. A ball running towards the front centre of the green will move to the left and miss the target. An approach shot should therefore be high and deep into the green favouring the right of centre.
