Significant Damage to Trees at Nairn Dunbar Golf Course during high wind storms in October 2026 – shown above is a very large tree literally split in two by the wind, by the 9th & 10th fairways, along with images of damage to trees alongside the 3rd fairway, including some that fell onto Lochloy Road.
This incident caused holes 9 to 11 to remain closed while the fallen tree was dealt with by the greenkeeping team and the area made safe for play.
