Pro Tips…

A medium length par 5 that the long hitters will be able to reach in two shots with relative ease unless into a strong prevailing wind, getting close to the pin is usually not so easy. A solitary bunker on the left is the only bunker on the hole and needs to be avoided with the tee shot to go for the green on the second shot.  A generous fairway from the tee encourages a solid drive for maximum distance.  The second shot will encourage many to go for the green, but a well placed second shot will still leave a good opportunity to attack most pin positions.

Aggressive second shots that miss the green or end up a good distance from the flag will often present very challenging pitches, chips or putts.  This is a large rolling green with many tricky reads across the quite severe slopes that exist over many parts of the 18th green.  A putt from longer distance on this green rarely presents as a straightforward two putt.  Birdies or better on this finishing par 5 are always well earned.
