The 7th hole finishes the final run of tough holes, and this one while a bit shorter than the previous three is no less a challenge.  While longer hitters may well opt for an iron off the tee, most players will require a driver to a plentiful fairway.  A well struck drive a bit right of fairway centre should position you well for the approach. 

The approach shot will be from below the level of the green across an noticeably undulating fairway, where any shot offline or short will often result in a shot that will certainly test your short game. Sometimes even a seemingly well struck approach will be swept off into the small pot bunker at the rear right of the green, or if heading a little too far left could find the depths of the left sided deep bunker or the bottom of the slopes next to it.
